We’re committed to getting your custom packaging and paper products to you efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping terms below to ensure a smooth experience.

Shipping Information:

Please note, as a business-to-business supplier, we can only deliver to business addresses.

We deliver nationally across the UK mainland and Northern Ireland from a network of regional warehouses.

Shipping cost is based on weight, dimensions, and distance.

As we have a vast range of bespoke products, the lead time will vary depending on the required product specifications. Our customer service team will advise you as to the estimated lead time for your specifications based on the time of order. Shipping time will be calculated based on the earliest date of collection once production has been finalized.

This information will be provided once the official order has been placed, along with a price quotation prior to payment.

When your order ships from our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number embedded. You can simply follow the link within your shipping confirmation email and enter your tracking number. You’ll get updated information as to where your shipment is currently located and the expected delivery date.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Yes, we can change your delivery address based on the following:

  1. If your order hasn’t shipped: Please contact our customer service team to provide the corrected address or reply to your order confirmation. There is no extra charge for this service.

  2. If your order has already shipped: Please contact our customer service team with your order number. We would be happy to research with the carrier to see if we are able to revise your address. If we are able to make the revision, you would be responsible for any additional correction fees as assessed by the carrier.

NOTE: Amberjet Limited will not be responsible for delays or additional fees/charges related to incorrect addresses entered by customers. These extra fees/charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange/Returns Information:

A Return Authorization is required for all returns. If one is not included in your return shipment, we cannot guarantee any refund or credit will be issued.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:

Unfortunately, we do not offer a Return Authorization on bespoke products.

Notification of any defects in craftsmanship of customized products must be made within 30 days of order delivery.

Shipping Charges:
Refunds are for product only and exclude all shipping charges.

Refused Shipments:
Shipments that are refused will be returned to Amberjet Limited by the carrier. Refused shipments are not eligible for refund or credit.

Undeliverable Shipments for Returnable Products:
Shipments that are undeliverable will be returned to Amberjet Limited by the carrier. Orders which are received in resaleable condition and are items which are eligible for return, will have the cost of the product credited back to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, minus any shipping charges.

Undeliverable Shipments for Non-Returnable Products:
Items that are listed as not eligible for return and are returned as undeliverable will NOT be refunded. These items will be held for 30 days, during which time you may request that we reship to the same or an alternate address at your expense. Unclaimed returns will not have credit issued and will not be held past 30 days.

Samples & Swatchbooks:

We highly recommend ordering a paper sample or swatch book before committing to a full order if there is any uncertainty that the product may not fulfill your requirements.

We offer a FREE fast response sample service for most products, sending out A4 sheets for you to test and print, so you can have confidence in choosing the right paper for each application.
